Administrative Assistant Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support, including maintaining files, handling correspondence, and scheduling meetings and conferences.
- Review and edit documents for accuracy, clarity, and proper grammar.
- Gather, compile, and report on relevant information for leadership.
- Prepare expense reports, purchase orders, and maintain office supplies.
- Update organizational charts and coordinate department or equipment moves.
- Serve as the central point of contact for department information and respond promptly to inquiries.
- Manage logistics for meetings, events, and travel arrangements, ensuring cost-effective and compliant planning.
- Coordinate venue selection, room setup, catering, and material delivery for events.
- Utilize internal travel systems to book travel in accordance with company policies.
- Create high-quality presentations and reports under tight deadlines.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2-4 years of relevant administrative experience supporting senior leadership.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Experience managing calendars, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.
