Our client is seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Chief People Officer (CPO) to lead and evolve their people strategy. This role is responsible for shaping company culture, developing leaders, and driving strategic HR initiatives. This position will oversee all aspects of human resources, including talent management, leadership development, employee engagement, total rewards, and organizational design.
This role is onsite in Dayton, Oregon.
Chief People Officer Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive people strategy that aligns with the company’s mission and business goals.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and employee engagement across the organization.
- Provide executive leadership in all aspects of HR, including talent acquisition, succession planning, and leadership development.
- Partner with senior leadership to drive change management and organizational growth.
- Design and oversee strategic compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.
- Implement performance management initiatives that promote accountability and professional development.
- Lead HR technology optimization efforts to streamline processes and enhance employee experience.
- Ensure compliance with evolving regulations and best practices across multiple locations.
- Mentor and develop the HR leadership team, including the Director of HR and other key people leaders.
