This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days a week onsite in Westminster, Colorado.
Customer Claims Rep Responsibilities
- Respond to customer claims/complaints in an empathic, timely, and satisfactory manner.
- Research product, service, billing, shipping, etc. issues to provide effective service to customers.
- Maintain documentation of claims, complaints, investigation steps, and solutions provided.
- Process tax corrections to assist with resolving errors.
- Assist with identifying ongoing complaints and potential solutions to develop improvements for products and processes.
- 6 months of high-volume customer service and order processing experience.
- Prior claims processing, sales support, order administration, accounting, call center, or similar experience preferred.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with emphasis on customer service, active listening, and dispute resolution.
- Able to learn new systems quickly; exposure to ERP and/or CRM systems preferred.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
