Digital Tools & Training Lead Responsibilities
- Lead and support the development and training of digital tools used in global product development processes.
- Oversee the revamp of a global development website to align with updated organizational structures, collaborating with cross-functional partners and external web design teams.
- Manage communication strategies, including creating and distributing monthly updates and maintaining digital communication channels.
- Coordinate joint email accounts related to product development, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Organize and manage digital resources, documentation, schedules, and training materials to ensure smooth project execution.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing within the digital tools community, including managing internal communication channels.
- Maintain a solution-oriented approach to addressing challenges and optimizing workflows.
- Experience working with digital tools and training, with the ability to support development tools effectively.
- Background in product development, ideally within the apparel industry.
- Demonstrated ability to organize and lead cross-functional projects.
- Experience with digital design tools, including 3D modeling software (CLO experience is a plus).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, balancing multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with maintaining websites and digital communication platforms.
- Proven organizational and project management abilities.
- Experience within a large, global sportswear brand is preferred, but not required.
