Finance Manager Responsibilities
- Manage financial strategy, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow management.
- Oversee financial metrics, including income statements, balance sheets, KPIs, and financial controls.
- Track financial performance and collaborate with business leaders to maintain alignment with business objectives.
- Analyze performance and operational effectiveness of financial tools/systems.
- Communicate financial insights and updates to leadership and members, ensuring alignment with their financial interests and goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 5 years of progressive accounting experience with previous supervisory responsibilities.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of general accounting/finance principles.
- Tech-savvy with ERP systems, reporting tools, and advanced Excel skills.
- Collaborative with strong communication and presentation skills, and the ability to communicate financial concepts effectively.
- Analytical mindset with strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
