Financial Reporting Manager Responsibilities
- Manage the financial reporting process.
- Financial statement prep.
- Period end close reporting and reports.
- Will be subject matter expert on US GAAP and SEC regulations.
- Preparing and filing SEC reports.
- Develop and implement new accounting policy and controls.
- Prepare technical accounting memos.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with new accounting standards.
- Work closely with external auditors.
- Support Project accounting.
- Support various division leaders providing technical accounting insights.
Financial Reporting Manager Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or business
- CPA certification is required.
- 5 years of relevant accounting and financial reporting experience.
- Proven experience with financial statement preparation and SEC reporting.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Salary : $110,000 - $140,000
