Global Footwear Operations Analyst
Our client is seeking a Global Footwear Operations Analyst to play a key role in enhancing the efficiency of their Footwear Sample Operations. You will collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of purchase order information to international manufacturing partners. Global Footwear Operations Analyst Responsibilities
- Maintain purchase order data using internal systems and tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data issues using Excel or similar tools.
- Generate and distribute reports to internal teams via email.
- Perform mass data updates using proprietary systems.
- Document and standardize processes across teams.
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure seamless operations and accurate information flow.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across global teams.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, both deductive and inductive.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Analytical and innovative mindset for addressing challenges independently.
- Attention to detail with a results-oriented approach.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Technical proficiency in Excel (formulas, lookup functions, pivot tables).
- SAP experience is preferred.
