Primary Responsibilities
- Support and advise managers on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, policy guidance, and investigation of complaints.
- Partner with leadership to implement performance management practices such as goal setting, feedback delivery, and training support.
- Execute company-wide engagement initiatives, gathering feedback and promoting a positive, connected workplace culture.
- Manage and enhance employee recognition programs, ensuring alignment with company values and tracking impact across teams.
- Collaborate across HR and leadership teams to ensure consistent delivery of people programs, fostering a strong and inclusive culture.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field required.
- 5 years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on employee relations, engagement, and performance management.
- Proven ability to consult with and influence managers, building trust and credibility through practical, empathetic guidance.
- Comfortable working with warehouse team members and adapting quickly in a fast-paced, evolving organization.
- Manufacturing industry experience and bilingual communication skills (English/Spanish) are strong pluses.
