Our internationally known client seeks a skilled and results-driven Merchandise Financial Planner (MFP) to support their team, focusing on the performance of their retail outlet stores across North America. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has the expertise to manage inventory and revenue with a keen eye for market trends and financial planning.

This is a hybrid role requiring 4 days a week onsite in Beaverton, Oregon.

Merchandise Financial Planner (MFP) Responsibilities

• Lead merchandise financial business plans (MFP) for the organization's outlet stores, focusing on revenue, margin, and inventory to meet financial goals.
• Reconcile assortment and merchandise financial plans to align with the organization's consumer architecture and strategy.
• Influence and manage fiscal targets to balance inventory health and consumer demand.
• Develop pre- and in-season financial and inventory forecasts to optimize marketplace inventory across various channels.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure inventory management aligns with strategic business objectives, including forecasting and risk assessment.
  
  

Merchandise Financial Planner (MFP) Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in sales, assortment, and merchandise financial planning, with a strong focus on inventory management.
• Expertise in analyzing revenue and inventory trends, and the ability to use data to drive actionable insights.
• Strong command of retail metrics (Retail Sales, ST%, WOS) and experience using these metrics to influence business outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, action-oriented insights.
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and collaboration skills with a track record of cross-functional teamwork.
  
  

Compensation: $38/hr. (DOE)
