Our well-established healthcare client seeks a self-motivated and customer service-focused Patient Care Coordinator to support their Boston, Massachusetts team on a short-term contract. Patient Care Coordinator Responsibilities
- Welcome and check-in patients.
- Gather required information and maintain files/records.
- Answer phone and email inquiries; document conversations and actions taken.
- Schedule appointments and provide appointment reminders.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2 years of administrative/office support experience.
- Exposure to medical and/or insurance-related setting preferred.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite and able to learn new systems quickly.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with emphasis on customer service.
- Organized with strong prioritization and multi-tasking abilities.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
