Project Coordinator:
The Project Coordinator 2 plays a key role in supporting relevant projects, managing minor projects, and assisting with the daily maintenance of project documentation, meeting coordination, and production of project reports. The position involves general office support and requires effective time management to handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously. The Project Coordinator will work to establish and maintain positive working relationships with staff at all levels, vendors, and other external partners.
This position will assist in the implementation of assigned projects and programs to achieve the strategic goals of the company.
Project Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Assist with the implementation of projects and programs to meet the strategic goals.
- Support the management of small or low-complexity project tasks with minimal supervision.
- Coordinate all aspects of capital purchasing, operational expenditures, and project budget management.
- Develop, maintain, and distribute project/program documentation, including meeting agendas, minutes, scheduling, and status reports.
- Perform individual project tasks and contribute to the completion of team tasks in an accurate and timely manner.
- Conduct training for customers on relevant projects as needed.
- Create communication materials, such as emails and brochures.
- Run reports and analyze data to support specific project work.
- Plan, coordinate, and facilitate multiple project meetings.
- Recommend process improvements and develop process maps to enhance project efficiency.
- Provide general office support as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Project Coordinator Qualifications:
- Preferred: Associate's degree or equivalent education and experience in healthcare, project management, business or clinical operations, or information technology.
- Education in Project Management methodology based on Project Management principles is preferred.
- At least three years of demonstrated work experience in organizing, facilitating, and assisting in planning projects or business/clinical operations.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work collaboratively and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to develop materials and report on project progress.
Salary : $40 - $50
