Recruitment Coordinator (HYBRID)

Our Pacific Northwest client seeks a reliable and organized Recruitment Coordinator to support their Talent Acquisition team! The ideal candidate will have a customer-focused mindset, excellent communication skills, and a knack for managing schedules and data with precision. If you're a proactive problem-solver with a passion for supporting recruitment efforts, we’d love to hear from you!

This is a hybrid role requiring 2-3 days a week onsite in Portland, Oregon.

Recruitment Coordinator Responsibilities

  • Assist with scheduling interviews, assessments, and background checks for candidates.
  • Support recruiters with administrative tasks, including filing documents and preparing for meetings.
  • Manage routine inquiries from candidates regarding the hiring process, drug tests, and interviews.
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to meet hiring deadlines and maintain pre-employment checks.
  • Ensure accurate data entry in systems.

Recruitment Coordinator Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1 year of HR, customer service, or related experience that includes schedule coordinating/calendaring duties.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams) and familiarity with HRIS systems (Workday or similar).
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with a customer-service approach.
  • Strong time management skills and attention to detail/accuracy.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Salary: $26 (DOE)
