Recruitment Coordinator Responsibilities
- Assist with scheduling interviews, assessments, and background checks for candidates.
- Support recruiters with administrative tasks, including filing documents and preparing for meetings.
- Manage routine inquiries from candidates regarding the hiring process, drug tests, and interviews.
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to meet hiring deadlines and maintain pre-employment checks.
- Ensure accurate data entry in systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1 year of HR, customer service, or related experience that includes schedule coordinating/calendaring duties.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams) and familiarity with HRIS systems (Workday or similar).
- Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with a customer-service approach.
- Strong time management skills and attention to detail/accuracy.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
