Our client is seeking a Sales Administrator with a friendly demeanor, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This individual will interact with customers, support sales administration tasks, and contribute to the company’s customer service efforts.
This role is fully onsite in Fairview, Oregon working Monday through Friday from 5:30AM-2PM.

This individual will interact with customers, support sales administration tasks, and contribute to the company’s customer service efforts.

Sales Administrator Responsibilities
- Answer the main reception line for 800 numbers and manage high call volumes, transferring calls to salespeople and internal team members.
- Provide excellent customer service via phone and email, ensuring a strong representation of the company’s brand and products.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with sales team members, acting as a liaison to meet their needs with professionalism and respect.
- Perform sales administration tasks such as preparing daily and weekly Customer Service Center (CSC) reports.
- Develop and generate standard and ad hoc reports, templates, dashboards, and scorecards as needed.
- Process Return Goods Authorizations (RGA) orders and handle customer credits/debits for pricing discrepancies.
- Order office supplies and assist with general administrative duties as needed.
- Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance job efficiency and accuracy.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook.
- Excellent communication skills with a professional and approachable demeanor.
- Highly organized with strong time management and priority-setting abilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and around heavy machinery and mechanical parts.
- Ability to manage stress and maintain effective interpersonal relationships.
- Curiosity about mechanical parts and interest in improving processes.
- Ability to remain a positive demeanor and maintain composure in a high-demand environment.
