Primary Responsibilities
- Manage ongoing customer relationships, ensuring smooth order fulfillment processes.
- Coordinate customer needs, orders, and inquiries, ensuring alignment with company capabilities.
- Investigate and resolve customer issues related to delivery, pricing, quality, and product details, taking ownership of solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet and exceed customer expectations.
- Assist with streamlining operations to improve accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
