Service Sales Representative

As an Service Sales Representative you'll be responsible for managing a high-potential sales territory, growing our customer base, and delivering tailored solutions to meet clients' needs. You’ll work with industry-leading products and services, collaborating with our expert team to help businesses power their operations efficiently and reliably.
This is a remote position with travel up to 50% of Eastern Oregon.
Service Sales Representative Responsibilities
Develop New Business – Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, inbound inquiries, cold calls, and market research.
Grow Customer Relationships – Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients while re-engaging past customers for new business.
Be a Trusted Advisor – Understand customer needs and recommend the right power generation solutions for their applications.
Drive Sales Strategy – Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and sales data to maximize growth potential in your territory.
Collaborate with Experts – Work closely with our Parts and Service Sales team to deliver exceptional service and technical support.
Service Sales Representative Qualifications
5 years of experience in the power generation industry (marine or industrial experience a plus).
Proven ability to develop leads, close deals, and exceed sales targets.
Strong technical knowledge of power generation equipment, parts, and systems.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-starter who thrives in an independent, fast-paced sales environment.
Experience using CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and ERP systems.
Salary: $65-$100K commission
