Our client is seeking a Strategic Partner to drive organizational growth, foster strategic business alliances, and align business objectives with long-term goals. This role focuses on short- and long-term business direction, goals, and processes, including high-impact decision-making and strategic planning.
This role is a hybrid model in Beaverton, Oregon.
Strategic Partner Responsibilities
- Develop strategic plans to ensure successful growth and profitability, conducting environmental scans and organizational analyses.
- Identify, investigate, and negotiate opportunities for acquisitions, divestitures, licensing, and strategic partnerships aligned with long-term organizational goals.
- Lead and drive a structured strategic business planning process, ensuring key milestones and deliverables are met.
- Monitor business environment factors and recommend adjustments to strategic direction as needed.
- Collaborate with regional and functional teams to develop and integrate strategic initiatives and objectives, aligning with annual and 3-year strategic plans.
- Define relevant performance metrics and drive accountability for progress against business and strategic objectives.
- Prepare for and co-lead the Quarterly Business Review process, ensuring clear reporting and alignment on goals.
