What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Window Installer position at VanderLaan Home Improvement?
VanderLaan Home Improvement is seeking a Lead Window Installer to become a part of our team! You will lead one to two fellow employees to install windows and some small siding projects. You will also work with fellow employees to perform service work on siding, roofing, and windows.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the installation and repair of windows and doors
- Assist with the repair of siding, windows, doors, and roofing
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Maintain equipment
- Track all equipment and supplies
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Driving to various locations based on needs
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in window, siding, roofing, and doors
- Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Ability to work well in teams
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Current Divers license
Salary : $22 - $30
