Job purpose statement
Manage the maintenance crew and activities of service contract.
Coordinate and manage the Neighbor Island Flight out support.
Proactively locate improvement opportunities in operational process and activities.
Scope
Maintenance management for Automated Baggage Handling system
Direct streamlined communication with the customer, subcontractors to ensure maximum synergy between maintenance of the whole plant and the automated handling system.
Having direct contact with customer management to create prospects.
Keeps in close contact with head office for maintenance activities.
Qualification And Abilities
High level technical education
Have electrical, mechanical and control knowledge (high technical education)
Minimal 5 years experience in technical function (electrical and mechanical)
Minimal 3 years experience in management / team leader function
Team builder
Excellent verbal and oral skills in English language
Excellent Verbal And Oral Skills In Local Language Preferred
Proper communicative capabilities
Responsibilities
Manage the maintenance crew
Improve performance of maintenance crew
Performance communication internally (and with customer)
Locating improvement opportunities
List of key activities
Manage maintenance teams
Shift schedules
Ensure minimal manpower & skills distribution
Schedule and distribute activities
Locate improvement opportunities, make improvement plan and execute / distribute improvement plan
Rotates staff to ensure wider levels of competence and cover are developed.
Commits to and drives performance improvement.
Will liaise with Site manager on the impact of maintenance on the delivery of day-to-day operations.

This is a full-time, exempt position, eligible to receive a salary and to participate in an annual performance bonus program. The salary range listed represents the maximum and minimum starting base pay for this position as of the time of posting. Final salary offered will be determined based on factors including but not limited to the candidate's skills and experience. The annual performance bonus program is preset and not candidate dependent.
Salary $80,000 - $105,000
