As a Mechanical Project Engineer Intern, you will work closely with experienced engineers on a variety of exciting projects. Key Responsibilities
- CAD Support Assist in the creation and modification of AutoCAD 2D drawings for approval and installation purposes.
- Data Analysis Assist with data analysis related to components, accuracy, and potential cost improvements.
- Procurement Support Collaborate with procurement teams to research and source components from third-party suppliers.
- Tooling Support Assist in resolving issues, adding, or removing items within the engineering tooling software and programs.
- Tool Palette and Block Maintenance Contribute to the development and maintenance of CAD blocks and tool palettes.
- Project Assistance Provide support to project teams on various tasks as assigned.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong academic record with a focus on coursework in
- CAD Software (experience with AutoCAD is a plus)
- Engineering projects in a team environment
- Identifying areas of improvement and streamlining ways of working
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or other data analysis tools.
- A strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a desire to learn.
