Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Initiatives
- Collaborate with supply chain leaders to define, prioritize, and execute strategic initiatives
- Support the alignment of projects with organizational goals and monitor progress against key milestones
- Provide recommendations to improve efficiency, productivity, and cross-functional performance
- Understand the underlying business processes and technologies being used within an organization to be able to make recommendations on how to achieve long-term scalability, reduce operational cost, or better support business processes
- Assess organizational requirements for talent, technology and market presence and developing plans to meet those requirements
- KPI Reporting & Analysis
- Design, manage, and maintain dashboards to track key supply chain performance metrics
- Collect, consolidate, and analyze data to deliver actionable insights and drive data-informed decisions
- Present regular performance updates to leadership, highlighting trends, opportunities, and challenges
- Strategic Goals Tracking
- Facilitate the development, implementation, and progress tracking of hoshin (strategic) plans across departments
- Coordinate reviews to ensure timely updates, accountability, and visibility into goal achievement
- Identify risks or roadblocks and work with teams to create mitigation strategies
- Communication Facilitation
- Act as a liaison between supply chain departments, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
- Organize and facilitate cross-functional meetings, workshops, and reporting cycles
- Develop and distribute reports, summaries, and action plans to stakeholders
- Supply Academy
- Define competencies needed for future business success and partnering with HR, the VI Academy and other departments to upskill the workforce
- Drive organizational change leadership and agility to respond to new ways of working
- Continue to build on an environment of customer centricity, innovation and performance
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in supply chain, operations, or strategy-focused roles
- Proven expertise in KPI development, data analysis, and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel)
- Strong project management skills with experience driving strategic initiatives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset
- Familiarity with hoshin planning or similar strategic planning methodologies is a plus
- Ability to handle complex data sets and deliver clear, concise insights to diverse audiences
- Management by influence, cooperative and flexible work style
