Job Description:
Facilities Electrical Engineer
We are seeking a skilled Facilities Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team at our client's site in Wayne, NJ.
The successful candidate will work on a rotating schedule (every 9 business days, covering 80 hours) with every other Friday off.

Responsibilities:
Managing mid-to-high-level scope projects, including facility renovations, layouts, assembly line relocations, lab builds, equipment updates, and utility support.
Ensuring facilities compliance with OSHA, EPA, applicable codes (NEC, IBC, ADA), and local, state, and federal regulations.
Leading electrical system design, installation, and maintenance for power distribution, lighting, and communications systems.
Developing and managing the scope, budget, design, and schedule of multiple plant rearrangement and production equipment installation projects.
Evaluating, selecting, and coordinating external consultants, contractors, and in-house specialties to develop and implement corporate facilities projects and program requirements.
Managing financial budgets and tracking costs throughout the project lifecycle, providing accurate and timely cost and schedule tracking to stakeholders.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Electrical Engineering) or trade equivalent.
2-4 years of project management experience or related experience in facilities management/operations.
Working knowledge of building infrastructure and support systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical distribution, and fire protection systems.
