- Host two open houses monthly
- Convert leads into appointments and signed agreements
- Participate in script practice, team activities, and coaching sessions
- Maintain Brivity database best practices
- Consult with sellers to secure listings and expertly market homes
- Provide pricing strategies, staging advice, and related listing services
- Negotiate offers for both buyers and sellers
- Guide buyers through signed agreements to finding their ideal home
