- Host impactful open houses — two per month to connect with potential buyers and showcase properties.
- Convert opportunities into results by turning leads into signed clients through expert consultation.
- Sharpen your edge through regular script practice, coaching sessions, and active participation in team initiatives.
- Stay organized by maintaining best practices in Brivity to manage leads, listings, and timelines.
- Serve sellers with expertise — from pricing strategy and staging guidance to top-tier marketing and negotiation.
- Support buyers every step of the way, guiding them from initial consultation to closing with clarity and care.
- Negotiate smartly and strategically to secure the best outcomes for clients on both sides of the transaction.
