Production Company Seeking Production Team Members: Schedule:
Monday – Thursday
Mandatory overtime on Fridays and some Saturdays currently.
Overtime available
1st Shift is 5:00am - 3:30pm
2nd Shift 3:30pm - 2am
Requirements:
Must be 18 years old
Basic Math Skills
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and procedures.
Need to be safety conscious.
Oral and written communications skills.
Understanding of basic technology of area where assigned.
Must have interpersonal skills to work effectively with others.
Must be capable in working in non-climate-controlled environment.
Knowledge of quality and safe work procedures.
Skills:
Ability to carry out simple instructions
Ability to carry out assignments/tasks assigned.
Ability to lift 50lbs repetitively.
Ability to use provided power tools and production equipment.
Ability to perform quality checks throughout the process.
Ideal candidate will show persistence, punctuality, and determination.
