The Fulfillment Associate assists in fulfillment, inventory, and distribution activities as needed. The role includes building orders and supporting the picking and packing process.
Essential Task, Duties and Responsibilities
- Support order fulfillment building orders – pick and pack process
- Perform final quality control/check of finished approved inventory
- Creating labels for and applying labels to cannabis finished goods
- Assisting with inventory cycle counts/stock takes of non-finished goods and cannabis finished goods
- Unloading resupply van with bulk product
- Replenishing “pick station” with inventory based on fulfillment needs
- Loading of wholesale orders for deliveries at end of day
Minimum Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Basic personal computer skills including email, word processing, etc.
- Minimum 1 year Inventory Experience
- MUST be age 21 or over - CA residency with valid CA Driver License is required
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks for extended period of time
- Detail oriented and organized
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in both written and spoken English preferred
- Must be willing to submit to a background check with "Fair Chance Process" as a condition of employment.
