About the Role:

The HR Associate will be responsible for handling day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance, supporting employee relations, and assisting in developing HR training programs. Key Responsibilities:
- Location: Seattle, WA (Onsite)
- Employment Type: Contract through end of 2025 (Potential for W2 Conversion Based on Performance)
- Compensation: Up to $38/hour (Based on Experience)
- Schedule: Full-Time, 40 Hours/Week (Flexible Schedule)

This individual will play a critical role in maintaining a positive work environment while handling key HR responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the face of HR for the Seattle manufacturing team, providing on-the-ground
- Handle employee relations, including workplace investigations, and conflict resolution, and handle employee relations, including workplace investigations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
- Act as a liaison between employees and leadership, ensuring a positive workplace culture.
- Support union-related processes and ensure compliance with labor agreements.
- Assist in developing and delivering HR training programs for employees and management.
- Provide guidance on HR best practices, policies, and procedures.
- Manage HR administrative tasks, including documentation, compliance, and reporting.
- 1 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Some union experience (familiarity required; extensive experience not necessary).
- Background in HR Business Partnering or broader business experience is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-service mindset.
- Ability to work onsite full-time (40 hours per week, flexible schedule).
- Experience with workplace investigations and employee relations
