Role Overview
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for establishing and executing the marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth across all retail locations. As the foundational leader of the marketing department, you will set the vision and structure for marketing initiatives, encompassing digital, social media, and traditional advertising channels.
This role is ideal for a strategic thinker and hands-on leader passionate about building a strong cannabis brand, with an understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in this dynamic industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership : Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for all locations, aligning with the company’s mission and values.
- Multi-Channel Marketing : Manage campaigns across social media, billboards, in-store promotions, and other channels to drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Brand Development : Enhance brand presence and reputation as a leader in the cannabis retail space, focusing on education and community engagement.
- Department Foundation : Build and oversee the marketing department, including processes, tools, and performance metrics.
- Content Creation : Oversee the creation of high-quality content that resonates with cannabis consumers and aligns with the company’s voice and values.
- Compliance : Ensure all marketing efforts comply with state and local cannabis advertising regulations.
