Sales Account Manager

Location : Hybrid / On-site in Rye, CO, with occasional travel to client locations

Compensation : $60K base salary tiered commission (3-5%) after $120K in monthly sales

Our client is a family-owned and operated wholesale recreational cannabis cultivator located in Rye, CO, specializing in exotic genetics, premium packaged flower, and pre-rolls. They have successfully built their brand from the ground up, navigating a tough market with resilience and innovation. They are now seeking a driven Sales Manager to help identify new clientele, strengthen existing relationships, and expand their footprint in Colorado’s competitive cannabis industry.

What We're Looking For :

  • Industry Experience : Proven cannabis sales experience is a must.
  • On-Site Presence : This role is based at their cultivation facility and requires occasionaly travel to different regions to build relationships.
  • Relationship-driven : Ability to maintain and grow a book of business with dispensary buyers and other industry partners.
  • Goal-Oriented & Motivated : Sets ambitious targets, celebrates wins, and always pushes for the next milestone.
  • Detail-Oriented & Strategic : Tracks outreach efforts and continuously refine sales strategies.

Responsibilities :

  • Manage and expand relationships with dispensaries and wholesale partners.
  • Proactively seek and secure new business accounts.
  • Utilize LeafLink and other sales tracking tools to manage the pipeline.
  • Work closely with the cultivation and fulfillment teams to ensure seamless order execution.
  • Represent the company with professionalism and passion at industry events and client meetings.
  • Travel as needed to visit potential and existing clients (mileage reimbursement can be negotiated; company vehicles are available at the facility).
  • Collaborate with leadership to refine and define sales goals, strategies, and expectations.
  • Track outreach efforts and provide regular reports on progress and opportunities.
