We are seeking a talented Business Development Representative to join our team at Vanguard Cleaning Systems of Chicago. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a key role in driving business growth and revenue through strategic sales and marketing initiatives.
Your primary responsibility will be to conduct inside sales and marketing activities to engage and nurture prospects in various industries. You will also be responsible for maintaining a robust pipeline and identifying key decision-makers using CRM, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, and other list sources.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive engagement.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to identify opportunities for process improvements and refine messaging strategies.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities.
- Utilize CRM, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, and other list sources to research and maintain a robust pipeline and identify key decision-makers.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in inside sales or marketing roles, preferably in the commercial cleaning industry or business-to-business services.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Skilled and effective communication (written and oral) and listening skills.
- Highly proficient with technology such as CRM systems, MS Office Suite and marketing automation software.
