Position: Customer Success Manager
Reports to: Trey Heid/Sales and Marketing Manager
Status: Full Time-Exempt
Location: On-Site Eau Claire, WI
Principal Purpose of Position:
This position is responsible for activities relating to account development with existing customer base, along with some portion of sales operations serving F&I agencies and automotive dealerships. This experienced automotive industry individual will be an essential piece in activities resulting in maintaining and generating revenue to the Company; therefore, the Customer Success Manager role is critical in supporting the Sales and Marketing Manager in cultivating and maintaining relationships. This individual will communicate daily with new and existing customers to secure a long and productive relationship.
The Daily
- New customer onboarding
- Outbound sales and training, primarily focused on driving use of platform with newly launched accounts
- Provide dealership facing customer service and sales support
- Ensure compliance with state specific forms and regulations applicable to dealer contracting
- Maintain accurate CRM information
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing Manager and Marketing Team to assist in outbound marketing efforts
- Attend training, tradeshows, and seminars as required
- Participating in special projects or other duties as assigned
Education and Experience:
- 1 Plus years working in automotive retail F&I or working with automotive retail F&I professionals
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business management preferred but not required
- Top notch communication skills
- Highly responsive with exceptional customer service skills.
- Familiarity with common dealership technology.
- Must be able to ensure all agent, dealership, customer and/or client related issues are handled in a fast, fair and courteous manner
- Must be proficient with computers and software applications including but not limited to Microsoft Office, CRM, and other data analysis applications.
