We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Finance Operations Manager to oversee and enhance our operational processes. Key Responsibilities:

• Play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and contributing to the overall success of the organization as the Finance Operations Manager.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring alignment with company goals and enhancing operational efficiency.
• Manage accounts payable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
• Conduct general ledger accounting and maintain accurate financial records.
• Perform financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives and enhance operational performance.
• Conduct risk analysis to mitigate potential financial risks and develop effective controls.
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Provide guidance on profit and loss management to optimize financial performance.
• Utilize financial software and advanced Excel functions for reporting and data management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or similar certification preferred.
• 5-10 years of progressive experience in finance or operations management, with a strong focus on financial processes.
• Proven knowledge of corporate accounting principles and practices, including accounts payable and general ledger accounting.
• Exceptional analytical skills with a focus on financial analysis, risk assessment, and mitigation strategies.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and engage effectively with stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a detail-oriented and organized approach.
• High level of integrity and self-motivation, committed to achieving operational excellence.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
