Key Responsibilities:
- Bridge customer support needs with internal teams to provide timely and accurate answers and solutions.
- Promote the company's technologies and identify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities.
- SUPPORT business development activities as needed, contributing to revenue growth in North America.
Support NA customer technology-related activities include:
- Technology introduction and customer request match/recommendation
- PDK, design manual support with customers
- Customer design support – from start to product generation
- Competitor analysis and feedback to R&D for improvement
Education Qualification & Essential Experiences:
- BS in Engineering, Physics, or related field; advanced degrees preferred.
- 10 years of technical sales, business development, or power semiconductor technology-related job function.
- Familiarity with semiconductor processes, devices; circuit design and CAD design environments, with in-depth experience in at least one area.
- Proficiency with standard office software, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Ability and willingness to travel ~25% of the time.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with Process Design Kits (PDK), technology files, device and process specifications.
- Familiarity with Analog, Power Management, Mixed-Signal, MEMS, Automotive product design and applications.
Personal Attributes:
- Legally authorized to work in the US.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin, with fluency in English presentations.
- Ability to work and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
