Role Summary
You will manage customer accounts, build business relationships, and provide timely support to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with specialty technology customers on MPW, NTO, and loading opportunities.
- Manage new business and new customer relationships with IDMs, either FOT or COT process.
- Report sales progress and market conditions of assigned customers.
- Monitor production status, maintain sales growth, interpret demand forecast, set sales targets, and increase market share.
- Assess customer requirements and seek internal support to respond to customer needs.
- Provide quotations, confirm orders, and maintain market price dynamics.
- Gather market information and provide it to internal departments and management.
- Manage customer accounts receivable and safeguard company interests.
- Respond to customer expectations, understand issues, and propose solutions to enhance satisfaction.
Education Qualification & Essential Experiences:
- A degree in Engineering or an MBA with a focus on marketing/sales is preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in semiconductor companies in marketing, account sales, business development, customer engineering, etc.
- Analyze market landscape and competition to develop strategies.
- Experience in foundry or fabless design houses is preferred.
Personal Attributes:
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin, with fluency in English presentations.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
