What are the responsibilities and job description for the Associate Attorney - Privacy Governance and Tech Transactions position at Vanguard-IP?
REQUIREMENTS
• Law firm or in-house experience providing proactive privacy compliance advice on CCPA and other state privacy laws; GDPR and HIPAA experience preferred
• Am Law 100 experience
• A strong academic record, having earned a J.D. from a nationally recognized and accredited school
• Must be admitted to practice law in the state of desired office location
• Experience with global privacy laws and health privacy laws is preferred, but not required.
The successful candidate will be skilled and experienced at the following:

• Excellent and persuasive writing and oral communication skills
• Exceptional analytical skills
• Managing a fast-paced workload while maintaining priorities and anticipating issues
