Experience in intellectual property and technology transactions including counseling clients on licensing agreements; IP due diligence; outsourcing and managed services agreements; and data security and privacy matters to join our intellectual property group. Candidates must have excellent analytical, written, verbal and interpersonal skills as well as excellent academic credentials.
