What are the responsibilities and job description for the Commercial Contracting/Privacy & Cybersecurity Counsel position at Vanguard-IP?
REQUIREMENTS
Qualified candidates will have experience working on technology commercial contracts (including SaaS, IOT/IIOT, mobile apps and reseller agreements), data processing agreements, and data privacy compliance. Previous contract drafting and negotiating experience in a law firm environment is required. Ideal candidates will have experience with the GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and similar laws, developing data protection compliance programs, and providing counsel on data processing activities. IAPP/CIPP certification is a plus.
