What are the responsibilities and job description for the IP Litigation Associate position at Vanguard-IP?
REQUIREMENTS
Seeking candidates with strong writing, analytical and legal research skills as well as litigation experience including managing the discovery process and teams, involvement in taking/defending depositions, and motion practice. Ideal candidates will also have a technical background and/or experience in litigation in the life sciences, computer sciences or electrical engineering areas. Experience with inter partes review and/or ITC proceedings is also a plus.
