REQUIREMENTS
Seeking candidates with patent prosecution experience, and a software, computer science or similar background. Qualified candidates should be self-sufficient with the ability to mine inventions and develop a patent strategy, write and prosecute patents, and manage a patent docket. Must be comfortable with direct client interaction and be able to handle day to day patent portfolio management. This associate should be a self-starter who has a passion for staying abreast of cutting-edge technology and will have the opportunity to assist in business development in these areas. Qualified candidates must be licensed to practice law in Washington, DC and before the USPTO.
