What are the responsibilities and job description for the Patent Prosecution Associate or Patent Agent position at Vanguard-IP?
REQUIREMENTS
The Associate/Patent Agent will be a member of the Software/Electrical Engineering Team and will need to have a degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or the like. Preference for candidates with electrical engineering experience. Design engineering experience with a chip company is a plus.
Candidates must be admitted to the USPTO, be licensed to practice law in California or have the ability to become licensed as soon as possible, and have legal experience.
