What are the responsibilities and job description for the Patent Prosecution Associate position at Vanguard-IP?
REQUIREMENTS
The qualified candidate must have a degree in mechanical engineering or a similar field, and experience working in the electro-mechanical area, as well as patent application drafting experience. All candidates must be admitted to practice before the USPTO. Associate candidates must hold a juris doctorate degree from an accredited law school and be admitted to and in good standing with the D.C. bar.
