REQUIREMENTS
- Prior patent litigation experience; open to learning trademark litigation.
- Experience in ANDA litigation a plus.
- Educational background in biology, chemistry, chemical engineering, or life sciences preferred.
- Ideal candidate will possess litigation experience throughout case lifecycle, including pre-trial analysis, discovery matters / disputes, taking and defending depositions, working with experts and their reports, court hearings, and trial.
