BRANCH MANAGER
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
To provide the highest level of Customer Service in the industry through prompt, competitive rate quotes, complete and accurate and timely bookings, and a high degree of professional communication skills.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE :
- Plan, direct, implement and control all operations activities within the geographic region on a day-to-day basis, directing all operational activities to assist sales revenue and direct cost optimization with the objective of maximizing the profitability of the business
- Manage the work staff ensuring the team meets its daily requirements through correctly
assigning individuals to tasks for LCL and FCL services.
customers are consistently receiving improved levels of service
specifically developing relationships with the local AAA and AA customer base in the territory.
