Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Provide prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries, ensuring complete and timely bookings.
- Booking Coordination: Work with the warehouse team to ensure all booked cargo has been received prior to cutoff.
- Documentation Management: Chase any missing documentation from customers, report OS&D issues on received cargo, and follow up on the outcome.
- Load Planning Communication: Inform Load Planning of special cargo requirements and add additional charges for incurred services.
- Hazardous Materials Handling: Lodge hazardous paperwork with the Haz Team for pre-approval.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- High school or equivalent education; associate degree preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience; logistics experience a plus.
- Strong listening, written, and verbal communication skills (English required).
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
