What are the responsibilities and job description for the Primary Care Physician Assistant position at Vanguard Medical Group?
Dr. Dominick Condo, MD in partnership with Vanguard Health Solutions* is seeking a full-time Physician Assistant to join our team of physicians.

Physician Assistant Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments, including physical exams and medical histories.
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as lab work and imaging.
- Prescribe medication as needed.
- Provide patient education and counseling on health promotion and disease prevention.
Physician Assistant Qualifications:
- Master’s degree from an accredited Physician Assistant license program.
- Valid New Jersey Physician Assistant license.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Two years post graduate experience in a Primary Care practice.
- Will consider a recent graduate with prior professional experience in a Primary Care practice as a Scribe or MA
