SALES REPRESENTATIVE - St. Louis Market

Job Summary

Are you ready for a new challenge offering lucrative rewards? We are currently looking for a dynamic sales professional with strong persuasive techniques to increase revenue with existing accounts and uncover opportunities with new accounts. As a Sales Representative you will bring a strong passion for service and relationship selling. Responsible for developing & maintaining positive relationships and selling and servicing existing and newly acquired accounts.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Proven experience in closing sales.
• Sell new and repeat profitable accounts.
• Service new and existing accounts through regular customer contact.
• Understanding of industry trends and technological developments in the market.
• Create sales funnel of prospect new business for existing customers and future pipeline.
• Establish viable prospect lists.
• Follow up on sales leads and make cold calls on potential customers.
• Capture sales relevant information such as potential customers, existing customers, projects, etc. within CRM Sales Force.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as client services, design, quality and production to ensure customer expectations are met.
• Follow-up on past due collections.
• Knowledge of products, machine limitations, and costing variables.
• Follow-up on customer specifications relating to particular orders.
• Process all required paperwork on a timely basis.
• Assist in preparing annual sales budget forecasts.
• Comply with company policies and procedures.
• Attendance is an essential function to the job.
• Additional duties as assigned by management.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or combined equivalent education and experience
• Five years outside selling experience or related experience
• Valid driver's license, safe driving record, and ability to drive
• Able to load and unload samples from vehicle

Preferred Qualifications

• College degree, preferably in graphics or packaging.
• Experience in the corrugated box industry
• Experience using CRM software Sales Force and Taskray
