ABOUT THIS ROLE
Join us for six days of fulfillment, where you'll contribute your skills and enthusiasm from Monday through Friday (11:00 AM - 7:00 PM) and Saturdays (10:00 AM - 4:00 PM). In your role as the Sales and Telemarketing Supervisor, you will take center stage, adeptly managing inbound calls to generate valuable leads and schedule appointments for our sales team. Your will responsibilities extend to outbound calls, where you will diligently follow up on marketing initiatives to cultivate new leads. Cold calling homeowners in designated project areas will be a crucial part of your duties, allowing you to establish connections and foster relationships. Your ability to personalize our call script will bring a fresh perspective to each interaction. Additionally, ensuring accurate data entry into our system will facilitate a seamless handoff to the sales team.
