Our client, a Trust Company, is seeking a skilled and experienced Marketing Associate to lead the execution of their marketing content and strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of content marketing, SEO, and digital trends. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives and effectively engages its target audience. Content Strategy : Work with CMO, other departments, agencies, and team members to develop and execute a comprehensive marketing content strategy, including content calendars, editorial calendars, event calendars, and marketing briefs. Identify content opportunities and gaps to drive organic traffic and lead generation. Content Creation and Management : Oversee the creation of high-quality content, including blog posts, articles, white papers, case studies, infographics, videos, and other marketing collateral. Work closely with compliance team, writers, designers, and other team members to ensure content is on-brand, engaging, and educational. Edit and proofread content to maintain consistency and accuracy. Content Distribution : Coordinate distribution of content through various channels, including social media, email marketing, and content syndication. Monitor content performance and make data-driven adjustments to improve engagement and conversion rates. Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs). Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Generate regular reports on content performance and ROI. Reporting on team activities and progress to senior management. Excellent writing and editing skills ~3 years of experience in marketing content strategy and team management ~ Strong understanding of SEO best practices and content marketing principles ~ Strong project management and organizational skills ~ Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and analytics tools ~ Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 applications : Excel, PowerPoint, etc. ~ Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite ~ Experience with HubSpot platforms is a plus
