Responsibilities:

• Attend regular client training sessions to stay abreast of industry trends, promotions, and products.
• Establish new customer accounts and ensure the upkeep of existing ones.
• Collaborate with management to efficiently plan and execute sales goals, ensuring team objectives are met.
• Engage face-to-face with potential and existing customers on behalf of our clients, maintaining brand reputation.
• Maintain regular and effective communication with team members and management.
• Train and mentor new representatives.
