Job Duties :
Pulling and trimming weeds
Watering plants and landscaping maintenance
Mulching and planting flowers / landscaping
Power washing and staining surfaces
Painting and cleaning windows
Cleaning equipment and general building upkeep
Spreading grass seed
Additional tasks as assigned
Qualifications :
General laborer skills and experience
High School Diploma or equivalent
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
