RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Keep entire dealership in clean and orderly condition
- Perform any combination of the following duties: sweeping, mopping, scrubbing and grounds maintenance
- Use machinery to clean showroom floor/service department area, and maintain multiple bathrooms and kitchen
- Empty trash and garbage containers
- Order cleaning and janitorial supplies as needed
- Monitoring the safety and cleanliness of interior and exterior areas.
- Performing routine maintenance on facilities and making repairs when needed.
- Monitors the Emptying of scrap iron containers and trash
- Maintain facility plumbing, ventilation, lighting, and grounds.
- Preform troubleshooting, repair, or replacement of all locks, cabinets, desks, and storage facilities.
- Maintaining day to day operations of facilities and completing maintenance orders at all assigned locations.
- Preparing facilities for changing weather conditions
- Other duties as assigned

- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Computer skills
- Facility maintenance
- Valid Driver’s License
