What You’ll Do:
- Manage relationships with existing accounts to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
- Call up to 100 accounts weekly from our database to address concerns and retain their business.
- Use your gift of gab to engage clients naturally and comfortably — you should be able to have a conversation with anyone!
- Overcome objections and re-establish trust with former clients to regain their business.
- Collaborate with field sales reps to generate and qualify leads for new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates in Vinosmith (our CRM).
- Act quickly to pass hot leads to the sales team for closing.
- Keep learning and stay curious about the wine industry and our products.
- Proven customer service or sales experience – ideally within the beverage or hospitality industry.
- A natural conversationalist with exceptional communication skills.
- Ability to build trust, handle objections, and navigate tough conversations with ease.
- A genuine passion for fine wine — understanding the product and speaking about it enthusiastically makes a difference.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Vinosmith and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Available to work 3 days per week, excluding Fridays.
